The project is driven by a community-University government partnership that provides occupational therapy assessment and home repair enabling older adults to continue living at home. A portion of this grant is a challenge to help encourage other funders to participate.

University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Milwaukee, WI - $5,000 for the fund established to honor the service of Dr. John Palmer Smith of the Helen Bader Institute of Nonprofit Management. The fund will be used to support students taking courses offered through the Institute.
