The Foundation is interested in building the capacity of nonprofit organizations and underwriting efforts to improve the effectiveness of local and regional government.  

Specifically, the Foundation supports the following:

• Improving the capacity of nonprofit and civic organizations through;
  • The Nonprofit Management Funds of Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties;
  • Other projects of interest to the Trustees that are of timely importance;
• Underwriting planning, research, collaboration and other consensus-building strategies to improve community services and policies in Foundation priority areas; and
• Building regional cooperation in areas of Foundation interest.
